The distillery is located in Stanton Lacy, Shropshire making small batch craft spirits. No spirit is bought in. Hennell's spirit base is made on site from a locally fermented malted grain wash. Stripping runs are made using a traditional pot still.  The spirits are made in a column still with 30 equivalent plates at between 90% ABV and 96% ABV depending on the desired style of the spirit. The range includes Malted Barley Vodka, Distilled Vapour Infused Gin, Peaty cask-aged Gin, Maple cask-aged vodka and cask-aged malted Rye Spirit.
