Classic London Dry using 8 hand-selected botanicals
Dual-Extraction Distillation: A meticulous process combining 
maceration and vapour distillation tailored to each botanical, 
ensuring unmatched depth, clarity, and smoothness.
For the more robust botanicals, including piney-juniper, ginger 
for a touch of spice, aloe, orris root & coriander seed, a 24-hour 
maceration process at 70% ABV is used to extract depth and 
complexity.
For MOATWOOD’s lighter notes of starflower, elderflower and 
sweet orange, we use a vapour extraction method. These delicate 
botanicals are placed in a vapour basket during distillation, 
capturing their fresh, vibrant flavours.
This unique combination of maceration and vapour extraction, 
tailored to each botanical, delivers a gin with exceptional clarity 
and character, whilst ensuring we are the smoothest gin on the 
market.
