Known in the beverage industry as "Mr. Mojito", I am recognized as one of the leaders and trend setters in the San Francisco bar scene. I have been sharing my passion for the craft of cocktails as a beverage educator and consultant for over a decade. As a veteran of the United States Bartenders Guild, I am both a founding member of the San Francico Chapter and past USBG national president.

I am a very passionate public speaker and educator in the beverage industry with a true nack for connecting with bartenders, servers, and managers. Learning the craft of all things hospitality has been my life long ambision, now with this knowledge, steeped in the tradition, I get to help others find their place in this constantly evovlving industry.
