Erion is a Bartender with accounting and economics career background. Erion studied the “False choice between World GDP growth and environmental impact leading to Climate change”. The Economic Sciences for, respectively, “integrating climate change” and “technological innovations” into long-run macroeconomic analysis. Erion has worked in the bar industry since 2010, where he decided to pursue only his passion for the bartending world, which subsequently took him from Italy to Australia, where he lived for 2 years. While working in a Sydney bar, Erion discovered how to make his first infused Spirits and felt deeply the need to explore the world beyond the Classic Cocktails.
Moving to London UK, which is home of the “World Best Bars”, to refine his techniques and skills Erion now incorporates his own handmade ingredients, from cordials to bitters, from vermouths to distillation techniques, creating unique cocktail experiences for every Guest wanting to meet him at the bar counter, using foraged botanicals wherever possible, he’s able to design the ultimate cocktail list. Erion’s cocktail recipe “Mr.Brighside” won him the 1st place in the National Cocktail Competition for Ms.BetterBitters. Erion was also a top-ten Uk finalist in the Italicus Cocktail Competition 2018, Ophir Oriental Spiced Gin global competition 2019, gaining, therefore, recognition in the Uk bar scene.
After his long experience as Mixologist in the Sydney and London’s bars such as Obar& dining, City Garden bar, SushiSamba and Duck & Waffle, The Goring Hotel… Erion now is Bar Manager for Quentin’s American Bar, located in Palma de Mallorca, where the New Orleans speakeasy essence is brought to a whole new level, in the tropical of the Balearic Island.
