Bartending is my passion, but I have over a decade of experience in hospitality, including hotels, and food and beverage. I started in Italy as a kitchen porter in my father's restaurant, working up to management roles. I have lived in London since 2011 and am eligible to work in the UK. To gain experience and meet similar people, I regularly compete in cocktail competitions UK wide and globally. Learning is important to me and I have sought to complete courses in spirits and customer service to widen my knowledge. I have organized and managed London bar events, including participation in Taste of London, Cocktails in the City, and Boutique Bar Show, where I was proud to represent the only bar in an otherwise brand orientated exhibition. In 2015, I started my own company as a side project: The Reina Lab. I create custom liqueurs, vermouth, bitters, and other cocktail ingredients. I have taught myself basic chemistry to run the laboratory, as well as market and administrate the business.
