Christian is originally comes from Como in north Italy. His professional career has been dedicated for the last 19 years in hospitality .
He loves same as his first day the magical world of the bar.
After few years in Italy as Bartender ,on 2007 he decided to move to London for a career progression. Full of energy and enthusiasm Christian boost his experience at places like China Tang at Dorchester Hotel , Morton's club, Westbury Hotel and American bar at the Savoy. On summer 2014 he moved at the Shard as Head mixologist of Gong bar at Shanghai-la hotel ,one of the highest cocktail bar in Europe with a sky view, located at the 52'. floor of the Shard.
After five glorious years, he did set the opening for The Biltmore Mayfair as a Bar Manager of Pine bar and with the partnership of Jason Atherton & Social Company.
Before the end of 2019 he moved to Quaglino's to drive the bar till the Global pandemic shouted all the business.
In 2011 during his experience at the Westbury Hotel, Christian achieved the qualification of a Sake Sommelier and the following year as Sake Educator.
Since he joined the Sake Sommelier Association Christian combine his love and creativity for cocktails with the knowledges of sake for developing a mixology based with Sake .
During the summer 2020 Christian joined the Bar team at Dinning in Chelsea one of the most exclusive Japanese restaurant in London.
He loves spend time with my family , play and watching football . Art martial in particular Kick Boxing has been his hidden passion during the spare time.
