Moving to York 5 years ago in pursuit of my academic studies I had to rely on hospitality work to support some expenses. Luckily I knew that this was where my true passion, and my skills lay. 

Working at The Ivy in York has let me experience and learn more about spirits, wines and cocktails than ever before, gaining WSET accreditation in many areas, all of which I hope to learn more about, so I can teach others about this brilliant and eclectic industry.”
