After working several years in cocktail bars and hotel bars in Italy, in 2014 Luca moved to London where he could experience working in prestigious hotels such as Ritz, The Lanesborough, Brown’s Hotel and L’oscar London. He is currently holding the role of Assistant Bar Manager at Shangri-La Hotel At The Shard, where he is in charge of the beverage program for Gong Bar, the highest cocktail bar in Western Europe.
Since 2015 he also contributes as columnist for BarTales, Italian bartending magazine, focusing on bartending history and classic cocktail research. Luca is passionate about history and is always looking to find new additions for his Vintage cocktail book collection!
