“Born in Lisbon, Portugal at the age of 20 relocated to London in pursuit of an academic path in the field of Psychology studies. Having yet a small experience working on hospitality, had decided to rely on bar work to support expenses during studies and soon found a passion for cocktails, spirits and the service industry, as result diverged into a new career. Concocting drinks from various venues between London, Dubai and Lisbon has acquired a broad experience on creating cocktails and entertaining guests.”
