I am a bold, creative and passionate individual who is always full of life with a positive attitude. I maintain a strong work ethic and can-do attitude. Having climbed the ladder in hospitality starting as a pot wash in a local country pub, to bar manager in Soho’s renowned members club Quo Vadis, I have grown a wealth of experience and gained an insight to how these businesses run and understand the clientele they target.

The drinks industry is a real my passion and I aim to use the skills that I have attributed to diversify from a customer facing role to a more sales and product-based position in the industry. I take great pleasure in discovering and educating my teams and people regarding products that would deliver sales and create an overall better experience for customers. I would now like to move away from customer facing roles, and be involved in the trade sales and supply, driving growth for a product that I have an infectious passion for. I am very much a people person and would like to continue this in my everyday working environment. Within time I would like to see myself develop in this role and later pass on my knowledge and experience to a team that I would hopefully manage and coordinate.
