Having been working in the Bar and Hospitality industry for 15 years, Michele started his career as a Bartender in 2007 at Bar La Fonte. He worked his way up by working at several bars in Italy before moving to London in 2013 where he worked with several high-end bars including Inception Group, Sushi Samba, Marleybone Hotel and many more. He now works as the Bar Manager at Ginza St James's, a luxury Japanese restaurant in the heart of Mayfair.
