My career began in 2010 when I decided to pursue my passion for bartending and mixology. I started my journey at a small bar in the heart of Sacile, a town in the province of Pordenone, called Antica Sacile. There, under the guidance of Daniela, I learned the fundamentals of hospitality and took my first steps into the world of mixology.
Driven by the desire to broaden my horizons, I moved to Lignano Sabbiadoro, where I worked at a bar run by Daniele Boscarato. Daniele, a seasoned bartender with experience at Milan’s renowned Rita Cocktail Bar alongside Filippo Sisti, and later in Paris with Oscar Quagliarini to open Grazie, introduced me to an international perspective on mixology that truly expanded my outlook.
In 2018, eager to challenge myself in one of the global capitals of hospitality, I relocated to London. I started as a bartender at one of Flavio Briatore’s new ventures, where I worked until September 2019. That year, I embraced an exciting opportunity by joining the team of Adam Handling, one of the world's most celebrated chefs, well-regarded in the UK for his appearance as a finalist in MasterChef: The Professionals in 2013.
When the pandemic struck in 2020, I remained with Handling’s team despite the challenges, helping to deliver innovative delivery services during lockdown.
In 2021, as businesses began to recover, I was promoted to Bar Manager, collaborating with consultant Anna Sebastian. Together, we elevated our bar to rank among London’s finest, earning a Michelin star and multiple accolades within the hospitality industry.
For two and a half years, I managed the venue until I was approached by Tony Pescatori, formerly of Nightjar, to join him in launching Alma, a new concept bar. I worked alongside Tony for eight months before Matteo Carretta, Bar Manager at the Claridge’s Bar, invited me to join the team for the opening of 1 Hotel in Mayfair.
Together with Giulio Guarini, I played a key role in developing the concept for *Dover Yard*. Starting as Head Bartender, I was soon promoted to Bar Manager and ultimately advanced to my current role as Head of Bars.
