Being bar supervisor is a broad role and covers many aspects of running a bar.
Supervisors have to be able to manage staff as they are the bridge between the people working on the floor and the decision makers.
This will include advising and training the staff in their work, and onboarding any new staff for the restaurant.
They also should be able to create and plan the ideal cocktail menu and make sure that it reflects the customer needs and expectations of a fine dining venue.
