Mallorca Distillery proudly opened its doors in 2018, marking the start of a beautiful journey to create something truly remarkable - the island’s first organic, sustainable, craft distillery in the heart of Palma de Mallorca. At the heart of our distillery lies a bespoke Spanish 500 litre copper pot still, which we use to produce award-winning organic spirits with locally foraged botanicals. We believe that every drop matters, which is why we pay intricate care and attention to every distillation, ensuring an unparalleled focus on quality.
