The history of the distillery starts back in 2017 with 3 colleagues agreeing to start an organic micro-distillery. The 3 founders have previously worked together for many years within the IT industry. Each of them possesses the various skills regarding insight into product and method, knowledge of fauna and flora, as well as experience with the food industry, and this proved to be the right combination and foundation for the distillery.
