Peak Ales in the Peak District are widely known for producing traditional award winning ales, however in 2019 we were asked by the Duke and Dutchess of Devonshire if we would be able to produce a London Dry Gin for Chatsworth. Having been successful and won many International awards to this day we continue distilling for the estate. At the end of 2023 we launched our first Peak Ales spirit range and Bilberry London Dry Gin was created. Since then we have produced a Pink Grapefruit with Hibiscus London Dry Gin and we have more sprits planned for 2024.
