Going beyond the traditional idea of gin, starting from something different: preboggion, or prebuggiún, a set of wild herbs, typical of the Ligurian tradition, generally used as a filling for pansoti. This mixture of herbs has had various uses in the culinary field, but it had never been thought of using it as a starting point for the creation of a new distillate. This is how Prebugin was born.
