Chello Limoncello could best be described as a hobby that got out of hand. Out of curiosity, several recipes have been tested in small preserving jars. After many evenings of tasting with friends and adjusting the recipe, a limoncello was created that was tastier than any limoncello before. The limoncello was softer and fresher than its peers. The intense yellow color is also characteristic of Chello.
