Our micro distillery was born in 2018, it is located in Quemú Quemú, a rural town in the northeast of the province of La Pampa, we are pioneers in the art of distilling in this area, being the first and only Pampean distillery.
Our Alembic
Trumpel Gin is distilled in small batches, in a 100% copper still with a reflux column. According to the tradition of the old distilleries, they still had to have a name, it was baptized by Rubén Arias (Father), with the name “Sancho” due to its plump appearance that recalls the Don Quixote character, Sancho Panza.
