Dunedin Craft Distillers is a surprising little distillery that is starting to make a big difference to local food waste. The enterprising women behind Dunedin Craft Distillers sought to tackle the tonnes of bakery waste that ends up in NZ landfills each year. They brew and ferment their own alcohol from bread and bakery waste and then distil it into medal-winning spirits.
