Exceptional gin arises from the ambition for knowledge, as well as the passion and entrepreneurship of elsa sousa and luís almeida. Despite the different business areas linked to the beverage industry in which they are involved, it was the discovery of new worlds that motivated them to bet in the creation of a unique, totally natural and artisan product, which they felt lack on the market. In 2017 the licensing process began for the production of gin, the necessary works and schematization of the distillery, namely laboratory, choice of the type of alambique to be used, storage vats, water reuse system, etc
