An idea was born: After a men's trip to the Highlands (Scotland) in 2017, and the change in distilling law, we decided to produce the first whiskey in the highlands (641 meters) of the Five Lakes Region. Our first Bavarian single malt whiskey - HeiligenBergFeld - was stored in the barrels on February 26th, 2018. The new closure distillery was accepted by the customs office on December 16, 2020, and production is now in full swing.
