Hibbott’s was started in April 2020 at the height of the Covid-19 pandemic by husband and wife team Duncan and Sarah Wilson. Having had an interest in distilling and compounding for some years, we decided to make our hobby into a business everyone can enjoy. As we both come from a musical background, we retain strong links with our musical friends who are always first to test-drive our newest flavour combinations.
