La Salvaje del Litoral is a spirits company that produces gin. Created in 2017, it is the first gin from the city of Rosario and the province of Santa Fe. Its creator, Valeria Saavedra, is one of the few female distillers in the country. In 2018, the company was incorporated as a brand of the “Product of My Land Santa Fe” program and in 2022 it obtained the “Women-Owned Company” Seal awarded by the Ministry of Equality, Gender and Diversity of the province that promotes growing leadership and the economic autonomy of women. This year he inaugurated the province's first model distillery in the industrial park of the city of Roldán, scaling production under standards of quality and excellence.
