For our 100% chokeberry juice and our other products, the fruits ripen in the bosom of the beautiful Slovak nature, at an altitude of 650 m. n. m in a clean environment. We built the orchard a few years ago on the slopes in the cadastre of Horné Hámre, near Nová Bane. We grow the varieties NERO and VIKING in an irrigated orchard of approx. 2 ha. We collected the first harvest in 2020. The fruits are harvested by hand, the juice is pasteurized in a gentle way, unsweetened, without any chemical additives or allergens. The orchard contains 550 bushes planted in 2017 and 2200 bushes planted in 2020. Aronia is a very undemanding plant that can withstand even more adverse conditions.
