The Tarbay Botanist was created to provide a local gin to local people and is currently Windsor's only gin distillery. The first gin developed was The Windsor Batch which is made all year round. It is our version of a classic London dry gin and has flavours of Lemon Balm, Lavender and Rosemary. In 2020 The Windsor Batch was awarded a bronze award by The International Wine and Spirits Competition (IWSC)
