327 RUM XO is an award-winning premium Caribbean rum, produced in limited quantities. It is made on 3 continents, using 2 aging methods and at least 7 years of barrel aging. «327» honors the history of rum which started in 327 B.C., when the men of Alexander the Great discovered the sugarcane during their Indian campaign and introduced “reeds that make honey with no bees” to Europe.

We have selected the best rums from Guyana, Guatemala, Panama and Venezuela, aged in the tropics for at least seven years. Once the perfect rums are selected, they continue their journey towards your glass and travel to Europe for further continental aging. For 327 RUM XO we have created special ex-‘fruity’ casks, where our rum ages further, up to six months. In the final stage, our gorgeous, 60% ABV blend is diluted with the purest spring water. Then, the final brush stroke: hand bottled and hand numbered, we have done all we can to ensure total exclusivity and uniqueness to each batch, each bottle. Once tasted, it begs to be tasted again. You will be eager to dive again into the journey that begins with light hints of passion fruit, sweet tropical fruits and berries, citrus and notes of vanilla, and which ends with caramel, aged oak and molasses.
