The company was founded in 2000 by Dimitrios Mitos. Since he was a child in the winepresses and fermentations, he learned the secrets of rakokazan from his grandparents early on. Thus was born in him the desire to one day have his own distillery and with the help of technology to bottle the knowledge of the past.
