Founder Richard Lombard-Chibnall’s family has a 300-year history in the alcohol industry. Richard has worked in the family whisky business for 30 years + and in 2019 decided to take his expertise to craft Molly Malone Irish whiskey.
Molly Malone is a premium Irish whiskey lovingly hand-crafted in small batches and matured in hand-picked second fill bourbon casks. Deliciously sweet and light on the palate, we’ve sought to create a whiskey as iconic as its namesake.
