A microdistillery or craft distillery is a distillery that produces small amounts of spirit, typically much smaller than large-scale corporate distilleries, Such distilleries are generally characterized by their emphasis on quality.

We use small casks, 20 - 30 - 50 litres. (Occasionaly a190 litr cask), The flavour of our product is the signature of our brand. We use, Barley, Rye, Corn and even Wine to make our spirit. Any project is unique. The Blenders Choice and The Distillers Choice are the only ones we make continuesly.
