Gabrí is a chilean distillery company
whose goal is protect the Northern
Patagonia region of Chile.
Our distillery is located in Purranque,
Los Lagos region, Chile. This is where
Patagonia begins,
969 km south
from Santiago.
We begin the process by carefully
picking the botanicals up, these are
hand-harvested from local organic
gardens.
Also, the water used in the process comes
from underground wells that originate in the
Andes mountain range and Lake Llanquihue.
This guarantees unmatched purity and quali-
ty in our distillates.
Finally, the magic happens in our distillery,
where, through the use of copper stills and
with our master distiller, we manage to
capture and bottle the most pristine
environment in the world.
We choose this tax. We donate 1% of our
sales to the organization Puelo Patagonia.
This ONG, which is located near our disti-
llery, works to contribute to the conserva-
tion of the natural and cultural heritage and
landscape of Cochamó.
This is how we help to achieve our
mission, conserving the puma and
its ecosystem. We support local
farmers, developing a model that
allows us to promote the local
economy.
Recycled and unlabeled glass. The
composition of our bottles is 60%
recycled glass, we also use the
screen printing technique to avoid
the use of paper with adhesive to
facilitate the recycling process.
A wild, fresh and balanced Gin that is five
times distilled, using a maceration recipe
that stands out for its flavor and aroma.
Our secret? The fresh botanicals we get from
Patagonian gardens! Such as red berries,
radishes, coriander, juniper seeds and citrus
fruits from Purranque's organic orchards.
Immerse yourself in a unique experience with
our exquisite Vodka, made from a source of
pure water from underground wells in sou-
thern Chile.
Using a copper still, we carefully distill a com-
bination of our pure water and corn alcohol in
a meticulous eight-distillation process.
