We are a family-owned micro-distillery, newly arrived on the market but deeply rooted in Scotland’s heart and heritage. From our small stills in Clackmannan, we craft spirits that carry the character of this land—bold, honest, and quietly remarkable. Every batch is made by hand, in limited runs, with a patient, detail-driven approach that lets quality lead the way.

Our gin and vodka begin with pristine Scottish grain spirit, then take their true identity from what we gather close to home. We forage and source local produce at its seasonal best, selecting botanicals and flavours that tell a story of place—woodland, hedgerow, coast, and field. Each ingredient is chosen not just for aroma or taste, but for the way it connects the glass back to Scotland’s natural larder.

A signature touch in every run is a pinch of Blackthorn Salt from Ayr’s rugged shoreline. It links our spirits to old Celtic sea-myth and blessing, while also adding a subtle scientific lift—rounding the palate, sharpening bright notes, and building a longer, richer finish.
