Our rum refrences traditional Indian wisdom and practices, and is make using the Solera system in Sal wood casks. Time-honoured processes and provenance are what form the essence of IDAAYA. 

Our dark sipping rum derives its unique flavour from Indian rum and 12 years aged rum from Bourbon casks.
