Dyssov – You Know What You Drink

Dyssov is a craft distillery, producing traditional Polish vodka – Okowita. Currently specializing in grain, fruit, vegetable, and beer-based distillates. We oversee every stage of production—from sourcing raw ingredients through fermentation, distillation, aging and bottling—all within our facility.

Distillery is placed in a historic mill, located in eastern part of Poland near Lublin.

This iconic building, blending heritage with modern craftsmanship, makes Dyssov a distinctive tourist destination for spirit enthusiasts and history lovers alike.

Our commitment to transparency sets us apart. We trace the origins of all ingredients, ensuring each batch is carefully recorded and every bottle is individually numbered.

Our current offerings include:

• Fruit-based spirits: Blackcurrant, grape, apple, plum, pear, cherry, chokeberry, elderberry.
• Vegetable-based spirits: Young potato.
• Grain-based spirits: Barley, rye, spelt.
• Beer-based spirits (bierbrand): IPA, Bock.
