We are a micro-distillery located in the heart of Basel, Switzerland. We distill using a Rotavapor at low temperatures under vacuum, which prevents heat from damaging the delicate botanicals. The resulting distillate captures subtle aromas and natural essences from organic ingredients, some of which come from our own garden. We blend these to create a unique and refined flavor experience.
Our gins are distilled both traditionally and innovatively, combining modern and classic distillation techniques.
In addition to gin, we also produce bitters, Nocino, Amaro, and Vermouth. Our Vermouth is crafted following an Italian recipe from the late 18th century, a rare find from an antiquarian bookshop in Padua.
