Casa Agave SMA has crafted a, unique, clean, low ABV Salmiana Verde Heritage Agave Spirit traditionally called 'Vino Mezcal' that draws upon a 250-year-old Guanajuato recipe and embodies the Heritage of San Miguel de Allende.

Casual and social, Mata de Monte is naturally distilled to 29% via a steam only process (no fire), the point at which it reaches its perfect flavor. The light, smooth notes create a welcoming refreshing spirit straight-up, on the rocks, or mixed.
