PAJARA is the story of a journey within the Salento area, characteristic and rich in traditions: the result is a Gin with a well-defined soul, in which it is easy to realize how much the territory is present in all its nuances. Pajara is composed of seven botanicals plus high quality soft wheat alcohol, in addition to Juniper we find Burnt Wheat, Olive Leaves, Cucumber, Lemon, Coriander and Angelica.
