Søgaards Bryghus is a tasteful combination of brewery, restaurant and beer hall in the heart of Aalborg. You will find us at CW Obels Plads – the cozy little square by Budolfi church. The brewery is spread over two levels. On the ground floor, the first thing you encounter are the two large copper kettles, which send out a delicious aroma of hops into the room on the days they are brewed. There is also a restaurant here with room for approx. 145 diners, as well as "Missing Bell Brewpub", which is the brewery's new pub in an old English style with original fixtures from an old disused village church. Here there is space for approx. 70 people. Our kitchen philosophy and cooking art take a natural starting point in modern Danish cuisine with delicious dishes that match the brewmaster's seasonal beer types and are based on the good ingredients of the time as well as a deep love for the simplicity of good taste.
