After graduating at classical high school, when Elena was 19 yo moved to London to study English and here she started her first working experiences. 
In the world ‘s capital of cocktail she understood the hospitality was the industry for her, so back in Rome started high level formation courses. 
She began to work in different realities and well renowned venues both in Italy and London where she definitely moved in 2018. 

Elena is highly motivated as her job is always something she is passionate about, making it always her highest priority. As an individual, she is determined and committed; when she wants to achieve a goal she does everything she can to succeed. She puts effort and precision into all her duties, never backing down from or shirking her responsibilities.
