Originally from Naples, Italy, where her career took off. 

Over the last 6 years, Giusy has established herself as professional Bartender in London.

After working as a Bartender in different cocktail bars as Zenna Bar, Crazy Bear and Soho house, in 2018 she was given the opportunity to experience the bar universe from a different perspective working as a Bar Manager for Maddox Company, private members' club based in the heart of Mayfair. 

It was her love and curiosity for mixology that pushed her to step back behind the bar and after experiencing the 5 stars standard services at Sheraton Grand Park Lane, she joined the team at Baccarat Bar which specialises in an innovative, experimental, and progressive mixology concept.
