Giusy Castaldo is an Italian bartender with over nine years of experience in London’s bar scene. She has contributed her skills to different luxury venues, including the Baccarat Bar at Harrods and the Sheraton Grand, where her creativity and attention to detail have stood out.
Giusy also led the Kwãnt By The Sea project in Ibiza and worked at Kwãnt Mayfair, further shaping her journey in mixology. Her passion and dedication earned her the Global Red Hand Campari title.

Driven by a deep curiosity for different cultures and a love for travel, Giusy has explored a wide range of flavors and aromas that influence her cocktail creations. While working on a new project in Spain, she is currently focusing on her brand, Mix It For You, where she shares her mixology insights and experiences through consultancy, seminars, and workshops.
