About San Roccu
Today, in San Rocco, very beautiful wild plants grow. It is an eternal pleasure to observe them in the changing lights over the days and seasons. The recipes for our spirits are imagined in Balagne. All our research is focused on the plants that surround us. Distillation offers endless possibilities.
When we create our recipes, our goal is to embody as faithfully as possible the essence of the plants we want to use, to extract their complexity and purity. Although the distillation is not currently carried out on site, our goal is to be able to produce our spirits on our land in San Rocco in the years to come. Every day that passes brings us closer to this dream
