Brokkestøylen / Nordic Vitality is Norway’s smallest restaurant and a sensory fine-dining concept rooted in farm-to-table philosophy. We craft refined food and drink experiences in the premium gastronomic segment, driven by purity, provenance, and Nordic botanicals.
Beyond the restaurant, we produce handcrafted gin and vinegars for the high-end market. Our gin, SKOG, is designed to be enjoyed neat, highlighting its natural balance, though it also pairs beautifully with tonic and our award-winning vinegars, including meadowsweet, pine sprouts, fireweed, and elderflower.
All products are made to order in handcrafted artisanal batches at our neighbouring distillery, run by my husband, Norstill AS. Here botanical blending and distillation are carried out with uncompromising precision and craftsmanship.
