In the Dianese Gulf area (Liguria), the colours ofthe luxuriant Vermentino grape vine inspired the creation of Dea Diana London Dry Gin.
The proximity to the sea confers aunique taste to the Vermentino grape, which also spreads to the leaves, the protagonists of Dea Diana LDG.
Dea Diana LDG respects the environment. For this reason, each production phase is carried out with the least possible expenditure of non-renewable resources. The Vermentino leaves are dried in the sun and the still for the distillation is powered with energy produced from renewable sources.
The Botanicals: juniper, Vermentino leaves, coriander, dandelio, basil and orange.
The balance of the different botanicals has been expertly calibrated to give our Dea Diana LDG the unique taste.
You can enjoy it straight with a little ice, with a good Indian tonic, or be creative with it and create a unique and inimitable cocktail.
The bottles are handcrafted and the gin distilled in small batches. The limited quantity allows high attention to quality and detail. The bottles are all numbered by hand,one by one, thus becoming uniquepieces.
