Gin d'Azur, Distilled at Merlay, embodies the culinary excellence that the French are renowned for. Just as the Côte d'Azur stretches from St. Tropez to Monaco, Gin d'Azur is a testament to the heritage and lifestyle of this glamorous coastline. The combination of copper and open flame distillation reveals unique aromas. Indeed, the extreme temperatures obtained make it possible to obtain Maillard reactions.
This ancestral technique remains to this day the most sophisticated method of distillation. It requires know-how and absolute precision.Gin d'Azur is one of the only gins in the world to use this artisanal method of distillation. Our accord is a carefully crafted blend of various botanical absolutes, skillfully balanced and harmonized to form a distinct and defining essence that embodies our spirit. We meticulously select only the finest cuts of each botanical, honoring the rareness of our ingredients and extracting their aromatic signature at the ideal temperature to capture their very essence.

We take pride in our commitment to sustainability. By hand-labeling our bottles and avoiding the use of plastic, we emphasize the importance of a "green to glass" story. Each step in the production process is carefully considered to minimize our ecological footprint.

One of the most important things Roland was focused on when he started the company was sustainability. All our bottles are plastic free. The caps are all made of tin.The bottle is sprayed an exact blue pantone of the color of the sky in a picture Roland took of his family at Gigaro beach. A moment that encapsulates what Gin d'Azur is all about. The images on our label are those of the natural flora of the Cote d'Azur along with the sunset that first inspired the gin.
