1. The Irishman Single Malt

The Irishman Single Malt

This classic Irish malt is triple distilled and aged in Oak Bourbon and Oloroso Sherry Casks, which gives the malt an Exceptional flavor and complexity.

Nose: It has a ripe and fruity nose with luscious peach, dried apricot, tropical fruits and hints of orange & vanilla fudge.

Palate: It has Vanilla sweetness, toasted almond and honey, a little oak, granola, digestive biscuits, apricots and hints of coca on the palate. It has long-lasting finish with a light maltiness and sweet oak.

Color: Toffee

Ingredients: 100 % malted barley

Alcohol: 40%

This 16-year-old Tomintoul is soft and nutty with a pleasant richness.

Nose: It is medium bodied, with soft fruits having hints of hazelnuts and vanilla.

Palate: It has notes of boiled sweets, mochaccino, ground almonds, espresso and granary toast with melted butter. Vanilla fudge and thick cream make the finish creamy and velvety at first with spicy tones.

Color: Amber gold

Aroma: It has aromas of light green apple skin and freshly cut pear flesh.

3. Glencadam 19

It’s a 19-year-old Single Malt Scotch Whiskey from Glencadam with Oloroso Sherry Cask finish.

Color: Ripe golden barely

Nose: It has a wonderful nose of sophisticated pot-pourri or floral malt, raisiny fruit cake with sherry notes blending with crushed walnuts and mocha chocolate.

Palate: It has rich flavors of fruitcake, raisins and mixed nuts on the palate. More Christmas spices are paired with Christmas cake. It has a little bit smoky oak.

Finish: It has a very well balanced finish, sweet yet with the bitterness of oak.

Alcohol: 46.00%

4. Tomintoul Tlàth

Tomintoul Tlath

Tlàth means gentle. This is aged exclusively in bourbon barrels, sweet with notes of vanilla, nutmeg, toffee and white pepper.

Color: Golden Straw

Nose: It has ground dusty wood spices, vanilla, honey, mandarin, parsley and vegetal notes with hints of malt on the nose. After poured in a glass, marzipan appears with orange peel and caramel.

Palate: It is light and creamy on the palate, with the flavors of lively white pepper and oak driven spiciness.

Finish: It has spicy finish with the notes of fresh mint and shortbread, honey, toasted oats, drying bitter citrus, fennel and stronger anise flavors. It leaves the hints of tea leaves and walnut on the top of the tip.

5. Glencadam Origin 1825

Glencadam Origin 1825

A no age statement release from Glencadam, this was initially matured in American White Oak bourbon barrels and finished in Oloroso sherry butts.

Nose: It has creamy, floral malted barley with hints of vanilla on the nose. Mixed fruit from the Sherry Casks and tropical from American Oak make its creamy Glencadam character.

Palate: It’s an easy drinking dram, not so complex. It has rich flavors of bananas, pineapple, pears and boiled sweets on the palate, which makes sweet and fruity finish. It makes a good choice for whiskey beginners.

Color: Warm Gold

Alcohol: 40%
