Marco Stella is a Regional And Category Ambassador for the London Spirits Competition focused on promoting spirits from France and educating the global and UK drinks trade about French spirits.

He started his career quite early when he was 13. He continued the journey starting at the Hotel School in Margherita di Savoia very close to his hometown in Italy. He then moved to the UK and worked for an Italian restaurant in Wakefield.

After the UK, he moved to Spain and I worked for Javier de la Muelas an Old-fashioned cocktail bar top rated the best bar in Barcelona, where he learned more about products, consistency, and quality of the raw materials. He is currently the Bars Director of Montecarlo Beach, Monaco, France.
