The Dublin Liberties Distillery Wins at a Spirits Competition

The Dublin Liberties Distillery won three awards at the London Spirits Competition

Dwelling deep in the heartland of Ireland’s capital, The Dublin Liberties Distillery is fuelled by the rich distillation history of the country. They produce high quality Irish Whiskey at their distillery which is situated in a historic 300 year old building above a 30 meter deep water aquifer. Having a pure source of water and backed by the audacity of master distiller Darryl McNally, this distillery produces Irish whiskey of the highest order.

At the London Spirits Competition held in March 2018, The Dublin Liberties Distillery won three awards. These three awards were shared by three of their whiskeys which were:

Dublin Liberties DistilleryThe Dead Rabbit Irish Whiskey: This whiskey was scored 95 points by the judges and won a gold medal. It is aged in seasoned bourbon casks thus giving an American accent to an Irish story. Finished in specially made first-fill American oak barrel, the result is a unique five year old blend.

Dublin Liberties DistilleryThe Dubliner 10 Year Old Irish Whiskey: This whiskey was awarded a silver medal at the competition. A premium single malt Irish whiskey, the Dubliner 10 year old is complex, creamy and smooth.

The Dubliner Irish Whiskey & Honeycomb: This whiskey was also awarded a silver medal at the London Spirits Competition. It is an Irish whiskey combined with honeycomb and caramel which gives it a balanced, sweet and smooth finish.
