Tequilas That Will Leave You Asking For More

14/12/2020

Neat or with a simple mixer, you cannot go wrong with these top 7 tequilas.

Someone once said, “Tequila may not be the answer but it's worth a shot!” and I am sure all Tequila lovers would agree. Tequila is Mexico's national liquor, and so it's no surprise that the finest examples in the world hail from there.

Fun Fact: In Mexico, Tequila is drunk neat: without lime and salt

When it comes to lime and salt with their Tequila, Mexicans go for margaritas. Shots of tequila are drank without the extras.

Here we bring you our selection of Top Seven Tequilas You Ought To Try

  1. Cutwater Tequila Reposado

Cutwater Tequila Reposado

Cutwater Tequila Reposado by Cutwater Spirits is inspired by the elegant and precise nature of the Rayador, also known as the Black Skimmer sea bird.

It all begins with 100% blue agave harvested from Jalisco that’s slow-cooked in traditional brick ovens, open-fermented, and double-distilled in traditional “alambique” stills made of stainless and copper in Tequila. Cutwater Tequila Reposado is then aged in Cutwater whiskey barrels, allowing the rich cooked agave flavor to meld perfectly with hints of vanilla and oak to create this distinctly Cutwater Tequila Reposado. Cutwater Tequila Reposado comes with 40% ABV.
