  1. Cambridge Gin Laboratory

The Cambridge Gin Laboratory is located in the centre of Cambridge. It’s an interactive space where visitors can book their ‘The Classroom Tastings’. The Classroom is dedicated to gin education. Visitors can choose to be guided through the history and mystery of gin production through the ages. They can learn how to taste like a professional and even blend their own bottle of gin guided by the gin lab experts. They also host exclusive, interactive distillery sensory Masterclasses on Saturday and Sunday, currently limited to six people per class.   1. Lindores Abbey Distillery

The tour at Lindores Abbey Distillery includes learning all about the process and history of whisky making. It includes a tasting of Lindores Abbey Distillery Aqua Vitae as well as two other drams. £2.50 of the tour price is then redeemable against a purchase of a bottle of Aqua Vitae. Visitors can also book private group tours anytime throughout the day. They will also tailor the tour according to group’s specific interests.

  1. Two Birds Spirits

The Two Birds Spirits was established by engineer and gin enthusiast Mark Gamble. Just after two months of launch, their London Dry Gin awarded Top Gold Award at the Craft Distillers Alliance. Their bottles are all hand decorated using only natural organic inks. They carefully select their ingredients from around the UK. They also sell some of their alcohol-infused botanicals to other artisan producers. They are constantly working on developing new and exciting flavours and their extensive drinks cabinet now boasts of an array of Gins, English Vodkas and Absinthe.

  1. Chase Distillery

At the Chase Distillery, they make their spirits from scratch. The family has passion for farming. They grow potatoes and apples to distill into their range of spirits. They have achieved the high-quality in their products through meticulous dedication, craftsmanship, and passion from the team. It is nestled deep in Herefordshire countryside, where expert tour guides take the visitors through the process of their award-winning range of gin and vodka. Visitors will discover first-hand the traditional methods of mashing, fermenting and distilling of their field to bottle spirits, which all takes place right here on their Herefordshire family farm. During the tour, visitors can enjoy; a Chase GB Gin & Tonic followed by a tutored tasting and a zesty Pink Grapefruit Gin & Tonic to finish. Afterwards, they’ll be able to browse distillery shop and stock up favourite Chase spirits to enjoy at home.

  1. The Lakes Distillery

The Lakes Distilleries is located within majestic surroundings. They are reopening from 31 July alongside a Bistro daytime service. Visit this beautiful old Victorian farmstead on the shore of Bassenthwaite Lake and immense in the sights, sounds, and smells of this working distillery, following the spirit’s journey to discover how every flavour possibility is achieved. The Oban Distillery is one of Scotland’s oldest sources of Single Malt Scotch Whisky. It is located beneath the steep cliff near the sea. Here, range of tours is available. Oban Cask Signature Experience is a discussion immersing visitors in the craftsmanship and expertise involved in making our Oban single malt while enjoying their signature Oban 14 year old.   1. The Oxford Artisan Distillery

At The Oxford Artisan Distillery, visitors can book behind-the-scene experience where they learn how the distiller make award-winning vodka, gin, and rye whiskey following every step of the journey from seed to still - and into the bottle. They also learn about the exclusive organic heritage grain at the heart of OAD’s spirits, discover the principles of their unique approach to distilling, and follow the production processes which make OAD’s craft spirits so special.
